01-10-2005 : We PST & IVP attended the first three months of ZoneChairman meeting at
Taj Benson Hotel, Secunderabad at 7.30 pm.
02-10-2005: We organized Mass Medical Camp at Kowkur Zilla Parishad High School,
Kowkur. (Eye, Dental & General) in Eye Patients are 267 and cataract
Operation are 30 & spectacles 45. In Dental check up 150 patients
Scaling 30 advised extractia 20, filling 60 & General Check up 358
We distributed free medicines among the patients. we all jointly organized
Mass Medical Camp, Lions Club of Secunderabad Mid town, Lions Club of
Hyderabad Airport, Lions Club of Secunderabad Bolarum , Lions Club of Kowkur,
Lions club of Kakatiya. we distributed free medicines among the patients.
We observe Gandhi Jayanthi.
Poor Feeding at Ghosala Secunderabad for 50 members at 1 noon
Maximum club members were present. (Observing World Elderst Day)
We participated in Lawyers Honouring Day at Lions Bhawan at 5.30 pm.
We honoured Shri. S.Ganesh Rao High Court Advocate honoured with
Shawl & momento organized by Ln. Deepak Bhattacharya (and it is a
District level mass Lawyers honouring ) All the club members were present.
04-10-2005 Animals feeding : we feeded cows at Goshala Lower Tank Bund Secunderabad.
We given jaggery, bananas, keera & grass at 8.30 am. Few club members
Were present (Observing World Animal Welfare Day).
21-10-2005: We jointly conducted Mass Medical Camp at Jeedimetla Police Station
General etc.at 11. ‘O’clock. Chief Guest Sri.K.Laxma Reddy Assistant
Commissioner of Police, Alwal has inaugarated the medical camp & Guest
of honour Sri.V.Srinivas Reddy Circle Inspector of Jeedimetla Police Station.
& we all jointly organized above mentioned camp. Lions Club of Secunderabad
Midtown, Lions Club of Hyderabad Airport, Lions Club of Hyderabad Jeedimetla,
Lions Club of Secunderabad Mano vikas Nagar, Lions Club of HNK-Kakatiya &
Suraksha Welfare Soceity and all club members are present. Doctors are from
Lions & other Doctors too. Beneficiaries are 500, we distributed free medicines
Among the patients.
We jointly organized Mass Blood Donation Camp donors are Lions, Police officials
& Local public. Collected 100 donors blood. The medical team from Lions Club
of Twin Cities Blood Bank at Jeedimetla police station, Jeedimetla
at 11.30 am Chief Guest Sri.K.Laxma Reddy Assistant Commissioner of Police,
Alwal has inaugarated the medical camp & Guest of honour Sri.V.Srinivas Reddy

and all club members are present. Doctors are from Lions & other Doctors too.
We organized Lions Quest programme at the school Lal Bahadur Nagar, Shapur Nagar
Hyderabad at 12.30 pm to 3.30pm. Chief Guest Lion C.S. Reddy addressed
all the Students, Teachers & Parents . Ln.C.S. Reddy has motivate & inspired
all the students to become good citizens of the country. Lion Nangari Krishna Mohan
& Lion Subash Goud grace the occasion & Correspondent of the School Mr. Chary
honoured them.
On 1st JANUARY We all the club members along with families attended Region Conference
Thiru Viodham Region Conference meet at NINA Hi-Tech Club old Airport road.
We made 100% Registration from our club, We received best photo exhibition award ,
100% Registration Award, Second Best President Award, Second Best Need base
programme Award, Best inter District & Clubs Twinning, (Diabetic Seminar), Award
We hosted Z C meeting at Belson Taj Mahal Hotel Secunderabad and PST AND Ist VP
attended meeting.
On 23rd January we conducted Blood Donation Camp on occasion of Netaji Subhas
Chandra Bose 109 birth anniversary at Venkat Ram Reddy Nagar, Jeedimetla.
We have collected 30 units of blood. This was organized jointly with Netaji Subhas
Chandra Bose association, Lions Club of Secunderabad – Spoorthy & Jeedimetla
Police station. The Blood was collected by Lions Club of Hyderabad South Metadin
Goel Blood Bank.
We also conducted cricket match & distributed prizes to the participants, winners &
Runners.
We distributed Dengue fever preventive medicines at Venkat Ram Reddy Nagar, Jeedimetla
350 members were benefited. All the above camps have been inaugurated by Mr. Srinivas
Reddy Circle Inspector of Police Jeedimetla Police station.
On 24th January we conducted medical camp at our adopted school Shanker Vidyalaya
Sanskrit School, East Marredpally. Lion. Dr. Venkateshwarlu treated the school students
and local people. We distributed free medicines for 385 members ( patients). & this camp
was organized jointly by Lions Club of Secunderabad Bolarum & Lions Club of Secunderabad
Spoorthy & was inaugurated by Lion Sampath Kumar.

On 26th January we hoisted National Flag at our adopted school Shanker Vidyalaya &
distributed sweets & toffies to the children & conducted singing competition. We distributed
prizes for students who stood first & second. Zone Clubs i.e. Lions Club of Secunderabad
Midtown, Lions Club of Secunderabad Bolarum & Lions Club of Hyderabad Airport (jointly)
Adopted Government Primary, High School & Junior College at Bolarum for the
Development of students welfare. We distributed prizes for best student award for
Primary, High School & Junior College. Flag was hoisted by our Zone Chairman
Lion Swinder Singh & prizes were distributed by our new member Lion. A.P. Rama Rao
& Zone Chairman & Lion Sampath Kumar &we distributed sweets to the children..
We organized quiz competition, singing competition, sports etc at Venus Sai Niketan
School at Padmashalli Colony prizes were distributed by our I.P.P. Lion G. Devender
and Flag hoisted by him.
We organized singing competition at Indo English Residential School Bachipally
Old Pune Highway Road, RR District and distributed prizes to the children by our
President Lion N. Krishna Mohan mjf & our new member Lion. A.P. Rama Rao.
We conducted all events of games in ZP School at R.P. Colony Jagadgirigutta jointly
Organized with Lions Club of Secunderabad Spoorthy distributed 150 prizes and we
Honoured 15 teachers with shawls & mementoes & gifts. Lions Club of Secunderabad
Spoorthy President Lion. V. Nageshwar Rao, Lion. S. Subhas Goud, Treasurer of
Midtown & our club new member Lion.A.P. Ram Rao & our Club President Lion. N.Krishna
Mohan mjf distributed the prizes, biscuits and sweets to the children
We met our state Governor honourable Sushil Kumar Shinde garu we met him & greeted
him on the occasion of Republic Day 26th January along with PST & Ist VP & I.P.P.
Three new members Lion Akula P. Rama Rao, Lion. L. Yeshwant Goud & Lion Giri were
presented the Lions PINS who were inducted by our Zone Chairman Lion Swinder Singh &
all the club members were present.

01-11-2005. We celebrated Deepavali with all members at Nangari Bhavan with
Lion Ladies, Leos, Cubs at 7.30 p.m.
04-11-2005 We greeted Muslim friends & Lion Leaders Lion Members on occasion
of Idd.
06-11-2005 We P.S.T. Ist VP attended PULSE ADMINISTRATION SEMINAR
for PST & Ist VP at Lions Bhavan (District Level Seminar).
06-11-2005 At 12 ‘O’clock we arranged poor feeding at Kandoji Bazar Secunderabad
around 120 beneficiaries on the occasion of our president’s father’s
death ceremony.
06-11-2005 We attended the Zone social Shamirpet Celebrity Club & all our
Club members, Lion Ladies & Leos, Cubs participated actively in
all programmes. Total 100% attendance present.
06-11-2005 At 7.30 pm we PST & Ist VP attended region monthly meet at
Belson Taj Hotel,Secunderabad & we hosted the region meeting.
14-11-2005 We celebrated Children”s Day & distributed books at Gandhi Nagar
for150 poor students. The books has been sponsored by Lion. G. Devender
immediate past president,
17-11-2005 Free Eye Check up Camp at Methodist Wesley Church,Gautam Nagar
Malkajgiri, Secunderabad. The camp was inaugurated by
R.C. Ln.Thirupathaiahgaru & occasion graced by Zc. Ln. Swinder Singhgaru

& Micro cabinet Ln. Javed also attended the Camp. The total 630 patients
has been treated 19 operated eye operation & 190 has given spectacles
& it has been covered in ‘C’channel & in All India Radio. Our club
president Ln.Nangari Krishna Mohan mjf has interviewed the patients how
they are feeling in this camp. They expressed excellent services to the slum
& it has been covered in all channels & this camp has been jointly organized
with Lions Club of Secunderabad Bolarum.
19-11-2005 We conducted District level seminar on Diabetis at Lions Bhavan 7.30 pm
The speaker by Shri. Ravi Kumar Parthasarathy Director MV Diabetis
Clinic Chennai. We all clubs LC Secunderabad, Bolarum, LC Secunderabad
Pearls, LC Sainikpuri, LC Vivekanandapuram, LC Shakthi, LC Alwal
jointly organized the Seminar total 120 members attended this programme
with micro cabinet members, Past District Governors, & District Chairmans
& guests attended the Seminar. It has been very grand success & it has been
covered in ‘C’ channels & all India Radio.
27-11-2005 Inter District Level Diabetis Seminar, Diabetis Detection Camp & training
Programme at Vijayawada with district 324 C 4 & C 3 jointly organized
this above camps & programme. Lions club of Vijayawada east (District 324 C4).
From District 324 C 3 Lions Club of Secunderabad Midtown, Lions Club of
Secunderabad Bolarum, Lions Club of Hyderabad Airport, Lions Club of
Secunderabad Pearls, Lions Club of Secunderabad Marredpally has jointly
Participated in this above camps at Lions Vijayawada East Bhavan at
Vijayawada. The faculty Shri. RaviKumar Parthasarathy Director of MV
Hospital & Diabetis Research Centre from Chennai & Ln. Dr.VRR. Bhupathi
District chairman for diabetis awareness of District 324 C 4,
enlighted the audiences with simple language & slites in telugu presented in
01-12-2005 We participated in Aids Rally at Kavadiguda, & distributed pamplets about
9.30 A.M aids jointly we organized IRCS. Allclub members were present.
6.30 pm. We participated in Aids Seminar conducted by District Chariman for Aids District
Level at Lions Bhavan. We totally 10 members were present at the Seminar.
06-12-2005 Medical Camp organized at Gandhi Nagar Gunta .Ramulu’s function hall
The Doctor Venkateshwarlu treated the patients. Beneficiaries were 323.
Medicines sponsored by Lion. Devender. Worth of Rs. 1,500/-. All club
members were present.
07-12-2005. We organized Medical Camp at Venus Sai Niketan School & we distributed
Medicines for the school children & local public. Beneficiaries are 534
& the Doctor Venkateshwarlu treated the patients.For this project
chairman Lion P. Ranga chary. The medicines were Sponsored by
Smt. Dr. Sathyagyani worth of Rs. 2,000/-.
08-12-2005 We conducted personal development programme at Priya Darshini Degree
10.30-12 pm & PG college ( Inter District Twinning Programme) of district
324 C3 & C5. Lion. C.S. Reddy mjf took the faculty with lions club of
Hayathnagar, Lions club of LB Nagar, Lions Club of Bolarum.
Beneficiaries 200.

we exchanged gifts & mementoes in this occasion & the programme was very

29-11-2005 We created Web Page for Lions Club of Vijayawada East Dist 324 C 4.
We organized Blood Donation Camp at Balanagar Police Station, Chief Guest
Srimathi Soumya Mishra, I.P.S. DCP (Crime) Cyberabad inaugurated Medical
Camp at 2.30 pm & Guest of honour Shri.S. Damodhar Circle Inspector
of Balanagar Police Station collected 63 donors blood. The donors are from
Police Department, Local People & Lions & our Region Chairman
Ln.Thirupathaiah mjf donated blood in this camp. This camp jointly
Organized with Loins club Secunderabad Mid Town & Lions club of Hyderabad
Air Port South MATADIN GOYAL BLOOD BANK, Hyderabad collected the blood.
This total camps and lion quest has been published in various Newspapers,
A.I.R., & E TV, Teja & MAA TV. We distributed pamplets for blood donation
& Mass medical camp to the local public since a week advance
(On the occasion of Police Amara veerula sanstharana Dhinovastavum 2005)
24-10-2005: We distributed fruits to the street children at Secunderabad Railway Station
and motivated them to join in orphans.( Observing United Nations Day)
31-10-2005: We attended Seminar on IT for PST at Celebrity Club Begumpet at 7.30 pm.

This is our Octobers month activities & meeting report.
1. On 5th of September 2005 we honoured school Head Mistress of Vinus Sai Niketan school
Padmashali Colony Hyderabad Srimathi P. Renukasen Head mistress honoured at 10.30 am
in the school premises our incoming President Lion Nangari Krishna Mohan mjf and all club
members present.
2. On 11th September Ganesh Nimarjan day, we distributed 15 bags of Pullihora Rice, 5 bags of
Chena and 3 bags of sweet boondhi and load of mineral water pouches distributed to the
Devotees on that day at lower tank bund in front of Goshala in that occasion we honoured
1) Engineer Prasad From Bangalore, justice Sri Ramulu All India Justice Association
Chairman Registrar, M.P. Dass an Industrialist, Vittal from Aurangabad, Senior Contractor
Ganta Ramulu garu with garland and shawl. We distributed from 5.30 pm to next day
early morning 3.30 am. Total 108 volunteers are participated and we arranged twice food to
the Volunteers and local councilor. Srimathi. Indira appreciated us for the arrangements
made by us. This entire expenditure was contributed by Ln. G. Devender immediate
past president & family.
3. On 23rd September International Literacy Day i.e. on 8th of September but we celebrated
on 23rd. In this occasion we paid fees Rs.35,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousand only) to the
poor student Name of the student is Kalyan MBA final year of St. Augustine P.G.
(M.B.A. & M.C.A.) College, Ghatkesar Mandal, RR Dist. For this project the amount
donated by Immediate Past President G. Devender.
4. On 25th September we participated in District Fund raising programme, we sold 10 tickets
of Lion’s feast 2005 at Classic Gardens, Secundeabad. All clubs members with families
attended the programme.
5. On 26th of September we observed Deaf day. In this occasion we donated Rs.5,000/-
(Rupees five Thousand only) to “AIETI ATOM WORLD” (A social organization for
for physically and mentally Retarted Children and Aids patients.
6. On 28th September, we recommended Smt.Mallamma wife of Narayan
R/o H.No.6-5-241/24, Gandhi Nagar, Secunderabad and her Registration No.9/05/1460
in Lions Eye Institute Hospital, Secunderabad for her Eye operation and operation has
been done on 29th at the esteem institute she is a very poor lady holding with white
ration card.
7. On 29th September we attended our monthly Region Meeting at Lion’s Bhavan
at 7.pm.
Essay ,Sports and Quiz competetions were organised and many prizes were given to the students on Friendshipday on 6th August 2005 at venus sai niketan in bhagyalakshmi colony hyd & friendship sticker was released by Smt Padma a sanskrit professor.On 7th August05 we participated in AIDS rally(District level) at Necklace Road Hyd & Seminer(District level) at 7:30pm at Lions Bhavan, Sec On AIDS,On 14th August05, We received two awards and a gold medal in warangal of lionastic year 2004 - 2005, On 15th August flag hosting at our adopted school sankarvidyalaya east mareddpally Sec and Venus Sai Niketan school Hyd distributed biscuits , chocolates and prizes to the best students & We met A.P. Governer his Excellency Sushil Kumar Shinde Garu and greeted him on account of Independence day , On 25th August we organised medical camp (general, dental & eye) with IRCS & Lions Club of Hyderabad Air Port and beneficiaries are 485 at GUPS,GUCPES,GPS, in these three schools at A L nagar,Addagutta, Sec and distributed free medicines and biscuits ,and we honored three teachers with memontos in the same schools and attended EyeDonation Fortnight Begins seminar (District level) at lions bhavan Sec , On 27-08-2005 Organized Mother Thesera's Birthday a Eassay competition on Mother Theseraat at venus sai niketan in bhagyalakshmi colony hyd . On 28-08-05 attended RC monthly meeting at Hotel Belson Taj Sec. ACTIVITIES REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF JULY 2005.
1) On July 1st we honoured Srinivas garu on the occasion of Doctor’s Day
at Nangari Bhavan, Malkajgiri Hyderabad with shawls and flower bouque.
All club members were present honoured by incoming president Ln. Nangari
Krishna Mohan mjf and Lion G,.Devander President.
2) On 11th July world’s population day we organized seminar on population India
Speaker & Professor Mr.Giri.. All club Members are present on that occasion
at 7 pm at Nangari Bhavan, Hyderabad. It has been covered in All India Radio.
3) On 27th Club has been installed on 27th evening i.e. Installation Evening at
Lion’s Bhavan Our zone chairperson Ln. Swinder Singh inducted one new member
Mr. Subash Goud as a Lion sponsored by Ln. G. Devender and Region
Chairman Thirupathaiah mjf installed the club bearers in this occasion,
the president promised , he will get past glory of club and in this occasion our
new president honoured some personalities Head Master Mr.Jacob, &
zone chairman Ln. Swinder Singh micro cabinet member Region Chairman
and immediate past president Ln.G. Devander and club members, and other
guests with mementoes and shawls. Meeting was completed within 45 minutes.
4) Board of director’s meeting conducted on 1st july at Nangari Bhavan
Hyderabad. All club members with their Lion Lady’s were present.
5) The first regular meeting conducted on 11th July &2nd regular meeting on
27th july at Nangari Bhavan. All club members with their Ln. Ladies were
present.
6) We PST & first VP, attended RC monthly meeting at Taj Benson Hotel,
Secunderabad.
